Gender reveal ideas to family?

So we're traveling 12 hours for a 2 week vacation to see family right after we find out the gender. I wanted to do something sort of special for both parents but am not sure how to reveal in person and make it "special". I have good ideas how to reveal on FB but not in person... any idea? Or should I just can it and say hey btw it's a.... ? Lol

We had cupcakes with little signs that said it's a boy. So when they opened the box, it was revealed. No fuss, no mess. 😊
