PRAYERS NEEDED! 😘

I'm currently 9w6d and have my final ultrasound to confirm the bad news I got last week. I'm measuring at 6w2d with no heartbeat and I'm just praying things look differently tomorrow before I make a decision on what to do next. Any advice from ladies who have went through this...well no advice because I think I know the truth but I would love to hear your story/outcome. I can't sleep I'm just really nervous and can't make a decision if it's really a "missed miscarriage". Thanks in advance!
