The heat
Spent 5 hours last night in the hospital with contractions anywhere from 2 to 5 mins apart... Come to find out it was from the heat and dehydration! I'm only 31 weeks. PLEASE make sure you are staying super hydrated! I thought I was but evidently it wasn't enough to stand up to this hot weather!
