Crinone Question

So my doctor prescribed Crinone for me 2 weeks ago. He wrote one per day on the prescription, but he told me verbally to take 2 per day... I went to refill the prescription on Monday and they just didn't fill it because my insurance wouldn't cover it until the 14th because of how the prescription was written... BUT they never called me to say they weren't going to fill it. No one keeps it in stock so it will take until tomorrow-mid day- to get the perscription 😔 my nurse said it'll be fine, but I need to go first thing in the morning, not to wait until tomorrow evening. Question is- I'm going all day today without it and won't get it until tomorrow at 11:30. Will I be okay without until then? Did anyone ever skip a day of Crinone? I'm just so worried..
