Is it bad to...

I really want to ask my doctor if we can schedule to be induced on the 8th of August. My due date is the 12th so it would be that Monday vs that Friday. I had my daughter on a Friday and really didn't like the atmosphere in the hospital. Also "selfishly" it would work out better for my work schedule and leave me for time to spend with baby without having to go unpaid. LASTLY...I really like the idea of the birthday being 8-8-16. Is that bad of me or should I just let baby cook as long as needed.....FYI I have gestational diabetes and have been being monitored to ensure the baby doesn't get too big and they have said he may come early anyway....but I just like to have a plan.
