sleep issues?

I'm 15 and I can't fall asleep unless I stay up and wear myself out. I just have to stay up on my phone or drawing or something until I'm so tired I can't keep my eyes open anymore. I really hate that I can't go to sleep on my own because it causes me to stay up until like 2 or 3 every morning and I have to wake up early and have 5 hours of dance. I do have really bad anxiety, and I'm aware this is what is probably causing this. I also feel nauseous every night and it's really horrible. :( does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fall asleep faster? it's 1:00 in the morning and I'm so annoyed because I just want to sleep
