Braxton hicks at 13 weeks?

Question

I'm 13 weeks and this morning while I was sleeping I kept getting woken up by a cramping feeling in my lower stomach, right between my hips. After I moved around a bit it would go away, and I would fall back asleep, but then I would wake up again shortly after with the same thing. 
I mentioned it to my friend and she said it could be Braxton hicks, is she right?

That doesn't sound like Braxton hicks to me. They're usually described as a tightness but not cramping. And they're in the belly, not the hips.  It's hard to say though.

I would get them too at 11weeks pregnant and nothing happened it goes away by its self its just the streching of your uterus if u have bleeding with it or anything abnormal then you should call your doctor but if not your good

It could be, but usually that early its just the stretching of your uterus. If it becomes worse or you have bleeding then call the dr, but it's something totally normal. :)

I would call the doctor to ask but if they were Braxton hicks it's way too early so they'll say drink tons(tonnssss) of water.
