New job and calories
So I have a new job at a fast food restaurant. I work 5 hours 5 days a week currently however it should become 8 hours in the next week, and possibly more days. But as for now am I burning any calories? Like a decent amount. I work on tills and serving food and have a 15/30 min break half way through.
Also I don't eat the free meal I'm provided with usually just the drink.
Anyway incase you're confused on the question, am I burning enough calories to notice a weight loss or not?
