Ribs and back hurting

Is anyone elses ribs and back hurting? For the past three days my right ribs have been agony,especially when sat down and the top and middle of my back are really aching. It seems impossible to get comfortable anywhere! Im 25 weeks,is there anything i can do to help it?!
