How do i know if I'm having a miscarriage?

I'm pregnant, very early. I haven't been to the doctor yet, but I've had three positive tests, and all of the symptoms. But today I saw a little blood. Is that normal, or am I having a miscarriage?

You never know.  I had my first ultrasound last week at 5w1d.  Depends on the doctor,  but if it gets any worse I'd definitely go in.  May as well make a first appointment anyways if you haven't yet and are pregnant.

Depends if it continues you might be. How many weeks are you? Bleeding can also be a sign of ectopic so beware. I would call and get an appointment

A little blood can be normal. Cramping and lots of blood cpukd be miscarriage.  Thus early on there's little that can be done. When is your first appt?

Just watch out and if it continues go to your doc. I bled a little and mine was ectopic however my sister bled and she was fine sometimes it just happens but always gd to have a checkup but 6 weeks the earliest they take u for scans
