Kicks/pressure

Any of you ladies getting really bad pressure pains? I can't even walk to the loo without getting a shooting/stabbing pain high up in my vagina. I don't remember having this with my first baby. It really stops me in my tracks with the shock of it. I've also got a very slight pain coming an going in my lower back. Nothing to shout about but I do notice it because of the other pains. Please to me am not alone in this one an it's very normal
