Any nurses/doctors, help please

I've got discharged from hospital yesterday morning after being rushed in to a&e resuscitation Tuesday night, I felt like my throat was closing up and I couldn't breathe , I suffer from bad asthma and anxiety and after spending a day in resuscitation, my oxygen levels were around 80 and my heart rate was resting around 139 at the hospital , I had two drops and around 7 masks to open my airways. They discharged me When my oxygen levels reached 100, my heart rate was ranging from 110-120 but the doctors were debating on putting me on a ward but instead they let me home. What the problem was I had a panic attack that triggered an asthma attack.  ever since I've been home I keep getting moments where I overthink and I panic , so my throat feels tight and I breathe really fast and my heart goes rapid it shakes my chest but I eventually overcome it , and at the moment I'm just really shaky and feeling sick and bloated all the time I've ate and kept very hydrated I just want to know how can I get rid of this panic and shakiness and sick feeling? As my anxiety is bad aswell as my asthma it's an endless cycle since I've been discharged , but please any advice I can't keep feeling like this
