Ways to dilate faster?

So I have 3 days left till my estimated due date and I really don't want to get induced or anything so do you guys have any idea?

I'm due in 3 days too and went to the doctor yesterday to only find out my cervix is still high and closed 😓 I've walked and bounced on the exercise ball and still nothing ! My Braxton hicks come full force very frequently and they are starting to become painful and still nothing ! I don't want to be overdue either! But doctor wants to wait for induction when I hit 41 weeks.. Hopefully baby decides to come before then ..

I went to the doc yesterday and was 3cm and 50% effaced. Came home and went for a quick walk with the dog and by the time I got home was having mild contractions which got much more intense after dinner and another shirt walk! Managed to sleep through the night. Stayed home because they weren't consistent enough to time but I'm hoping they get stronger and closer together today. Going to go for another walk, that really seems to be doing it for me!

You can also use evening primrose oil caplets like a suppository and also have sex.  Semen and epo are both prostaglandins which help soften your cervix.

I walked 4 miles yesterday and ate pineapple core. I'm at the doctor now to see if I've made any progress. 2 days left
