Ok so when I don't trust my pad in holding all that blood in, I put on a second pair of panties and I shove old socks I would have thrown out...because I leak almost every night even with nighttime panties.

This is Gonna sound weird but I get some toilet paper and put it in between my butt cheeks and it holds all the blood that would normally go to your butt area and stain your underwear. And I haven't stained since . Only do this overnight though
