Please help

I found out that I was pregnant mine 21 I was 3 weeks and 4 days. Then June 26 I had a miscarriage. My first time being pregnant been trying for 4 years and me and fiance started back trying on July 3rd for 3 days straight because I was ovulating. We didn't do it last night but today I started spotting light but no cramps but my breast are hurting and my period post to come on on July 23

Does anyone know what this means I'm a little scared to take a test right now???????
