Circumcision 😨 NEED ADVICE

Okay so I know that some people have a very strong opinion on circumcision, and i really don't wanna hear it from anyone. I just really need some advice right now, my son got his done today at noon. (His doctor used the plastibel method,) well... I just changed his diaper and he took a  massive poop and it got all over his pe-pe, I tried getting a wipe and Q-tips and cleaned it off as best as I could but it still has some poop on it. I'm scared of infection occurring 😰😰 what should I do?? Please help.
