Help.. Advise please..

I posted earlier today that I thought my baby had dropped because I have this pressure down low and I have to pee constantly but now I think I may have a bladder infection.. I went to my last doctor's appointment Tuesday and my urine was great so I think I dont have a bladder infection. Can y'all ladies please tell me the symptoms of a bladder infection while pregnant and the symptoms of what it feels like when your baby drops? I'm so confused because one minute I feel like it could be an infection and the next I'm like no it can't be!
