Flagged for asking about adopting German babies🇩🇪

I haven't a clue why my post was deleted, but I literally just asked if anyone has ever adopted a German baby and how the process was and I have no idea why it was deleted, I really want to adopt two of them because I think they just the cutest little babies ever and that really shouldn't be a problem.

If anyone has been through it please give me some information and if your creator or administrator please message me somehow and let me know why your flagging or deleting my post because I view it as ridiculous.
