Urgent plz... Regarding gestational age

Hi ladies

Please suggest what to do

Went for pre natal testing ( down syndrome testing) bit late around 27 weeks.. As was sure of getting it negative with no family history and all well in ultrasound scans...

Still went for it to be clear

Today was just checking my reports I saw the gestational age of the fetus that's mentioned is 21 weeks and 3 days.. And the age should be 27 weeks as I went for blood testing at that time...

I understand by this test age can be calculated but this much difference in weeks I don't think it's write...

My doctor got the reports after 2 weeks and told me everything is normal. I don't think she saw that column of gestational age...

So plz suggest what to do know..

Should I bring this thing to my Dr notice..and whose fault is this...the lab who did the test.... And printed it wrong and equivalent the doctor too who didn't noticed...
