hemmroid help

I have a really bad and painful hemmroid from sitting for hours in school and commuting (plus my pants were getting too tight) my doctor prescribed me 14 hydrocortisone 25mg suppresitories. has anyone used these before while pregnant? the phamphlet says do not use unless the benefit outweighs the risk to fetus. I'm 36 weeks so I'm sure everything is developed by now. but I'm still scared to use it. also I'm currently using terconazole cream for a yeast infection 😳 I know I'm suffering from everything currently! any advice would be great!
