Ugh am I or not?

I know this a shot in the dark because not very many people comment. But I need help. My last "period" was 3 days late and only lasted for less than 24 hours. I have taken numerous tests( all came out negative)because I am so exhausted and my breasts are very tingly. My next period is due in 8 days and I'm just so ugh. Has anyone been through this? Or gotten a negative on urine but positive blood?
