Stress causing period to be late
Today would mark 3 days that my period has been late and before anyone jumps to conclusions there is no possible way I am pregnant. I have an anxiety disorder and am prone to stress, so maybe my period is late from stress? Could anyone give me helpful tips to relieve this stress? I don't say this often at all but I just wanna get my period
