Panorama genetic blood test gender

This is my 4th pregnancy and first time the Panorama blood work was available. So blessed to have everything come back looking normal. I just am curious anyone's feedback on the gender accuracy. I know it says greater than 99% accurate etc. I guess I just am still in shock as I have 3 little guys and I was told this one is our little girl! I went to do an ultrasound to see before the blood work came back in and the place was not a great place. I read reviews after (I went on impulse 😫) not a licensed place and all the reviews and ratings were not good. Anyways the young girl working didn't really seem to know what she was looking at and when checking down there said the baby wasn't fully cooperating but could be a little boy. I know 13 weeks 3 days is very early to tell down there and she made it very clear it was too small to even tell and that was basically a guess but I guess now hearing that and now the blood saying girl I am stressed. During the ultrasound nothing stood out to me like the other boys did. I only received 4 pics on the disc they gave. Here are the ultrasound pictures which are hard to even tell what is there but would love to hear anyone's feedback on the blood work or if you can tell what your looking at in these pics!
