Is this an unhealthy relationship?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a about a month, but we've been close friends for maybe 6. He says "I love you" all the time and expects me to feel the same with the same intensity. I care for him, but not "I love you" care...
He will do things that bother me like wanting to look through my texts with my best friend (female) just because. I asked him to stop and he says he will, he hasn't since but he did put up a fight when I asked him to stop ("What changed? I don't have anything to hide on my phone...").
He also doesn't always respect my wish to not do/have a lot of PDA. Like one day when I was with some friends he backed me into a corner and kept saying "touch me, just touch me". He would also put his hand on my inner thigh at the most inappropriate times.
He's also super adamant that he wants to have sex, give head, receive head, all that stuff, even though it's only been a month. I know people do get physical way earlier that that, and no shame at all towards you, but it seems too soon for me, especially since neither of us have any sexual experience whatsoever.
Anyway that's most of the bad stuff, and of course I haven't touched on any of the good things, but I'll just say there are good things for sure. Not to mention I don't feel like I'm in danger, but my friends all hate this guy and think that I am in a very bad/dangerous place with him. He also has depression so I need to be gentle either way.
In any case, what do you guys think...

I'm not sure if I view this relationship as "unhealthy," but it doesn't sound like a great match. It sounds like he's really intense and you just aren't there with him. It doesn't mean he's a terrible guy or that you are in the wrong. It just means that you are both different people and may not be romantically compatible.

This person may be an ok guy but that doesn't mean you should be with him. There is no reason for you to feel pressured or stressed about anything so early in the game. Put your needs and concerns first; listen to what your gut is telling you.

I myself look through my SOs messages sometimes. Only because I'm nosy. I don't expect to find anything because he's 100 percent faithful. My SO enjoys pda and I don't. We are just different in that aspect. Like you said, some people want sex sooner than others so it's okay that you're not ready but he is. It sounds to me like you're just really annoyed by him and don't truly want to be I'm a relationship with him

If he can't respect what you want....that's a red flag. If he can't respect the fact that you're simply not in the same position, then he doesn't deserve your time.

There is a difference between on healthy and healthy. For example you don't want to do any PDA in public and he's trying to make you to do it. That's unhealthy. My husband and I like putting our hands on each other's legs when are sitting in a restaurant. Ours is healthy.

I feel it is unhealthy, however it sounds more to me he is beong pressured by others to have sex and just wants them to stop, so he pushes to hard. The phone thing sounds like mayb he has low self image and thinks ur getting sex somewhere else and thats y u wont sleep with him. 
I would state the facts flat out and things and if u still feel unconfortable to get out of the relationship. However, i wouldnt b surpised if he told people u did something.
