Ate something bad last night. Tummy is super upset. Should I let my doctor know?

If it's just an upset stomach I would personally try some Pepto-Bismal (or something along those lines) to settle it. If you are having excessive vomiting, diarrhea, or fever I'd definitely call the doctor.
