Weird and prob TMI

I'm on the depo shot so I don't get my period, I have all the typical PMS symptoms and what not, but right around this time is when I'm supposed to be getting my period and like I said before I don't get it, but I have the "period poop constipation" feeling and it sucks, I already Have trouble with pooping while off my "period" and this just hurts ... Any suggestions to help fix this ?
