Me and my boyfriend are TTC.

Does anyone have any tips or advice on how I could conceive faster? Me and my boyfriend have been together for 4 years. My periods are really irregular so I kinda thought it was going to be a little harder. We've been trying for 6 months and he's came in me every time we had sex which was 4 times a week at least when I wasn't on my period. It seems like ever since he's been going in me my periods have been heavier and last longer. What does that mean? I plan on going to the doctor but my appointment isn't for a while and I want some answers now 😫
