8 week old bedtime routine
What does everyone do for bedtime routines, timings etc. Our LO is 8weeks old and im hopig to get her into some sort of routine so that me and SO have a chance to eat dinner together once LO is asleep and so that she is getting enough sleep at night. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
