Use hands, mouth and tongue.. Go slow.. Take it in your mouth as much as you can and just keep working your way down use your hand to rub up and down the shaft..lick the head and shaft and don't forget his sack,  lick them and rub on them while you're sucking .. Only go as deep as you're comfortable.. You can suck on the head as well if you start to tire, which you will during the process..
