Bug bombing

So I moved into my apartment when I was 9 months pregnant and I was desperate to have a place so I wound up in a not so great place. The previous tenants had roaches but my landlord told me that they took care of it. I moved in and had them bomb the place twice. It was great for a while until recently they showed back up. I want to get it bombed again but I'm worried about the residue it will leave on the crib, furniture, and clothes. My son is only 2 1/2 months and I don't want it to hurt him. How can I keep it off of his things?
