My nipples are oozzing!

I'm 19w1d and my nipples were pretty much bothering me all day! They were super hard and kind of painful even... Around 9pm I was finally able to take my bra off (a very painful release - painful in a good way, if that makes any sense) and my husband commented that they looked more swollen than normal! I don't know how to explain it but they felt different so I said I think stuff might be coming out of them soon.. He looked at me like I was crazy and then jokingly told me to squeeze them, I did lol and this milky white ooze came out of them! I was in total shock! Isn't this a bit early to be happening?? As I'm sure you can tell, FTM here
