Sign of labor?

I've been having back pain for the last few hours. Thought it was the position I was in so I drank some water and laid down and it still hurts pretty bad.. 36w3d. Keeping an eye on it at least

I actually
Went into labour and delivery today for the same issue.   They measured me and measures the contractions and told me it was early labour.  So the lower back pain and cramps can stay for awhile ;( if you are getting cramps too or contractions you can always go in and get checked to see if your cervix is open/closed, thin/thick, closed/open
