I'm 31 wks & 1 day and sometimes my baby boy keeps me up or I have Insomnia and can't sleep at all .😣😣😣😣

35 weeks as of this coming Thursday. I'm so uncomfortable due to my little ones head already being engaged. It's frustrating because my husband is a cuddler and I hurt his feelings when I ask him to stop touching me...but he doesn't understand. I feel like I'm suffocating when he gets too close. Hah!

I'm 32 weeks with twins. I have to wear my support belt to hold them up at night when I sleep on my sides. I put a little Vicks in my nose to relax me, I use 2 memory foam pillows In between my legs & if it's really bad my doc said I can take 2 Tylenol pm 500 mil, don't go over a 1,000 to help me rest. My doc said the brain & organs are pretty much developed so if you have to take certain natcotics for pain or sleep take them within reason  of course. My sleep & pain is so bad I had to buy a cane to walk around my house :(  my doctor said she didn't want me getting depressed so she recommended certain painkillers & sleep aids.

I wake up every hour to pee... Last night I wished I could wear a diaper so I didnt have to get up again 😂

I almost can't sleep at all when I am not home and with my pillow. After sleepless periods I sleep well at home but then later on I can't even sleep that well at home. 4w5d to go

I'm 33+ weeks. I usually can't fall asleep until 3-4 AM and sleep until 7-8 (waking up 2-3 times) then I take a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon.

If I take a bath before I go to bed it helps most of the time.

Also, I tend to sleep better on the couch than I do in our bed. It's weird, but true.
