Is he gonna propose?? Will be bothering me forever now😤

So my boyfriend has always gotten a little freaked out if I mention marriage, he says it's too soon to think about it and that he doesn't want to be married right now which I totally get because we're still young (19) and currently our baby is on the way so we need to focus on that, plus finishing up college. I however have always told him I want to be engaged to him just because it feels like the natural next step. Of course I don't push it and I agree that we should probably wait but me being a hopeless romantic I still want it.
