Hiding your pregnant belly?

So, we are TTC and when we do fall pregnant, I'd like to keep my pregnancy a secret for as long as possible! I'm a nurse so I think hiding it from my colleagues will be difficult. Any suggestions? 
I have to be bare below the elbows for work so It's hard to wear more layers.

Start now. Buy shirts that sinch at the waist and flow out from the stomach and hips. For work, larger scrubs?  I was able to hide my pregnancy doing this and layers but I was lucky bc it was cold.

Just start wearing looser clothing now so people won't be suspicious when you actually need to wear loose clothes!

I was in my senior year of high school when I got pregnant, sweatshirts, baggy shirts and sucking it in was my daily routine. No one actually saw that I was pregnant til the last month of school when I had no choice but to take the hoodie off
