Lighter AF than what was normal for me after Chemical Pregnancy

Hi Ladies, just wondering if any of you have experienced your period changing after having an early mc. I had one last sept and since then my periods have been super light in comparison to what I am used to. 2 to 3 days of regular flow then really light to spotting 🤔🤔 I have read a load about what's classed as normal but nothing difinitive... just wondering if any of you have experience in this and if you were able to conceive again?? Been at docs and all is normal except low progesterone.. but tried taking the pills and set me crazy.. so trying to raise that naturally with Chinese herbs and multi vitamins. Any one else able to work this out?? Thanks 😀😀
