How often do you feed your 7 month old baby solids throughout the day?

How often do you feed your baby solids throughout the day? Not including milk or formula?

3 times. She gets a breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Generally fruit and sometimes cereal for breakfast, fruit/veggie mix and some sort of protein for lunch and dinner. She's had chicken, turkey, and steak. I just hope she continues to be a good eater!

I have a 6 month old and we do baby led weaning and he eats small soft foods when I eat. Today he had some celery and noodles out of my homemade chicken noodle soup and he loved it.

We feed our little guy solids 3x a day- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. At beakfast he eats his yogurt and a fruit. At lunch, I either try to do fruit and veggie, or protein and fruit. And at dinnertime, we do protein and veggie. He usually eats 6-8 ounces of food at each sitting.

He likes to gum things and we are trying different textures.

Oh man, I guess I'm really behind. 1-2x/day... Puréed fruit then veggies. How did you all figure that out or learn what/how/when to introduce more foods??

I feed my son fruit and yogurt for breakfast because that's what I eat. Then I feed him a good meal of cereal and veggies around 3:30 along with milk through out the day. I used to feed him dinner but he would wake up at 3 am and want to play due to all the energy he got.
