Are bleeding gums an early sign of pregnancy?

Never got it with either of my other kids but I'm three days late and still getting a bfn but have sore boobs, bleeding gums, a ferocious appetite, and yesterday I was basically having hot flashes!

I've had bleeding gums both my pregnancies and nose bleeds. It always was one of my first signs.

I've heard it can be a sign but I've never gotten it as a sign of pregnancy. Good luck and baby dust.
