Are some positions better than others?

No-- sperm gets where it is going in a matter of seconds. You could be upside down hanging out of a tree or riding on top and it doesn't matter-- semen shoots out fast and everything gets where it needs to go almost instantly.

Sperm travels at 20mph so I wouldn't worry! I always been in bottom position when I got a bfp if thats helpful!

Honestly, sperm will make it there no matter what. They say for men with not the highest quality sperm, or woman with acidic cm should try for deeper penitration just I'm case.
