I'm 6 weeks and have hyperemesis. This is my 3rd pregnancy. I lost 30 lbs with my daughter and 25 with my son. I'm not sure how I'm gonna make this work naturally. Especially with homeschooling my daughter and nursing my 17 month old. The only thing that took the edge off last time was disintegrating zofran. Is there anything that can basically do the same thing as the zofran but that's natural?
