When to complete test?

I know to use fmu, but I read on one site to wait 15 minutes before actually using your sample to complete the test. Has anyone ever done this? Have I been doing it wrong all along?!

Answer

I think it depends on the test. Make sure to read instructions carefully.  I have cheap opk that says to set the urine and test out for 20 mins or til room temperature. Never known other test to do that though.
