Hi ladies... When do u count dpo..I normally don't get ovulation signs but I had a positive opk on cd 14..any suggestion

I count the day after my positive OPK as ovulation because you ovulate around 24-36 hours after your LH surge. I then start counting DPO the day after that because it's days POST/PAST ovulation so you don't count the day you ovulated.

Genius doesn't work for me as glow keeps moving my cycle up and down

Whatever cycle day you are on now minus 14 since that's when you ovulated

Go to genius and then click weight and it'll tell you how many dpo you are.
