PCS trouble.

So my husband and I are currently PCSing (changing his duty station.) To japan. Well we are currently in flordia because he has a bit of school first and when I called the naval hospital out here they said they couldn't change my primary care to flordia because I'll only be here 3 more weeks. I am 7 weeks pregnant and really want to check up on anything and have my 8 week ultrasound and I can't because they won't give me an appointment . I won't be in Japan until my 15th week of pregnancy. I'm so worried about everything that can go wrong and reading about eptopic and I don't know what to do... I am nauseous and have mild cramps (mostly just my right side.. is that normal. ?) And I think things are going okay . But my husband and I are both worried is there anything else we could do or do we have to play the waiting game for the next 8 weeks .?
