Confused ? Any help

So I'm 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant I go to my doctor again today and he said my levels are going up but the baby isn't showing up yet.. And he doesn't fill its a bad thing but if they don't see anything agian I'll have to go in surgery.. just posting bc I'm praying everything turns out okay .

It's too early to decide there's nothing there.  My first ultrasound was at 6w1d (pic attached) and my doc warned that we might only see the sac (we got lucky and saw the little flickering dot of our baby and heard the heartbeat)
I'd be hesitant to have a d&c at 5w5d if you still don't see the baby - the baby is super teeny tiny

Definitely too early to hear it. But they definitely should be able to see the heart beat and the sac

Might be too early to see or hear baby. That's why people typically wait till 8 weeks to go to first apt. Good luck!
