Regretting my birth control choice

I got the patch today. I have been wanting to try it for a while. But now that I physically have it and have it on I regret choosing it. I've been worrying about it not working, not trusting it, afraid of being sweaty . I want the pill. My doctor said that if I want to switch to the pill we can do it over the phone with no problems but idk if she'll let me switch after one day of use? It's really bugging me and I've been on the verge of tears ever since i got the box of patches. Should I just call my doctor and see what she says? Idk what to do 😔
