Pressure on my bum? Labor sign? 38wks 4days

Feeling alot of pressure on my rectum area, like I need to use the bathroom & push. Having irregular contractions too. I didnt have this feeling or pressure during my first pregnancy, could this be a sign?

It was a sign for me once my contractions started... It was all because my little man was posterior (his back was to my back or something) so pretty much all the pressure I felt was rectal... It was the worst!! Not a labour I'd recommend but he came out gorgeous in the end so good luck xo

I've been experiencing a ton of pressure on my butt and cervix. Had my appt today and 1-2 cm dilated, cervix is thinning, and his head is very very low, my doctor said that's where the pressure is coming from in 37+4 today.

I'm 38weeks and 4 days too.. I've been having these same feelings too. I'm having more pressure today and before my appointment today I thought I had to poop and nothing came out.. Couple hours later I Had the same issue. I can definitely feel him pushing down there more too. Last night I kept waking up to period like cramps. Hopefully this means it's the start to something. The midwife didn't check my cervix today tho
