What could it be?

I have that on my 2 arms its itchy its not like a rash more like little pimples i didn't change a thing same laundry detergents same soap etc... I'm 38 weeks pregnant do you think it could be pregnancy related ? I only see my ob on the 19th should i go get check before that ?
