No progress! Cervix unlikely to open

Today I met with the dr who would preform my c section ; he said based on my midwifes notes that my cervix is unlikely to open by my edd which is on the 15th. He didn't however check my cervix at this visit so maybe it has opened.  I have had an increase of vaginal discharge today but no bloody show or contractions. I had a csection with my first born bc he was breech in 2010; my baby now is head down with no signs of risks but bc of the previous c section I have to have a repeat csection. I'm slightly depressed by this bc I want to experience a vaginal birth.
