When should I see the doctor?

​Can you help please?

​I had my implant removed in mid December and AF came 3 weeks later. Ever since I have had a 25/26 day cycles with ovulation pin pointed at CD 14 or 15 through bbt and opk - this leaves me with Luteal phase of 10 days and I do experience spotting for 2 days before albeit not heavy.

​Any ideas what I should do or when I should see a doctor? I don't want to waste their time but I'm fed up. My cycles have never been this short.

My cycles are about the same as yours. Usually 26 days with ovulation closer to CD 11-13. Do you have a low BMI? I've heard that can affect it.

I think your luteal phase could be to short. I would see a Dr. right now, because you can show him your monitored cycles with your BBT and OPK's. Agnus Castus is a homeopatic that could work for you. Good luck!

Most doctors will consider helping you after 6mo of TTC of you are tracking your cycles and show that you have had sex during your fertile period each month.
