Periods & Birth Control Help🙏🏽

So I've been taking all Loestronfie birth control pills and I'm wanting to make a change. I can't afford the $60 a month pills anymore and the main reason I'm on it is because my periods have always been unusually painful. Can anyone suggest other birth control pills, birth control alternatives that are less expensive or medications that help ease period pain?? Thanks!🙏🏽🙏🏽😘
